We’ll review your situation to determine whether a mistake was made that caused you to be incorrectly canceled or terminated from your coverage. Please be prepared to provide any information you have regarding dates of calls and payments attempted or made to your insurance company.
In addition, if you don’t think you can afford your monthly premium and your circumstances have changed since you applied for coverage through DC Health Link (income change, chance in household members, etc), please call DC Health Link at 855-532-5465 right away. You may be able to receive financial assistance if you hadn’t received it before or you may be eligible for more financial assistance than you previously received. It is important to update DC Health Link as soon as possible, because once your coverage has been cancelled or terminated, you may not qualify for reinstatement.
