How do Brokers login to their DC Health Link Broker portal?
After a Broker’s application is approved by DC Health Link, the Broker will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with instructions for creating their user credentials. After this initial account creation, Brokers will login to their DC Health Link accounts by selecting “login” in the top right corner of dchealthlink.com.
For security purposes, federal regulations require certain types of user accounts, including Broker accounts, to be disabled after 120 days of inactivity. If a Broker’s username becomes disabled, the Broker username will be locked and the Broker will not be able to access the Broker portal or client accounts. To have a Broker username unlocked, please call DC Health Link Customer Service at (855) 532-5465 to request that the username be unlocked. Please allow 1 to 2 business days to have the account unlocked. To avoid this inconvenience, Brokers should login to their Broker accounts at least once every three months.
